Smart Glass · Switchable Film
Glass that knows
when to disappear.
Lucent Spaces builds switchable film and glass that move between open and private at the flip of a switch — for boardrooms, storefronts, and facades that need to work harder than a fixed pane of glass ever could.

About Us
A transparent media & smart glass company.
The glass around us shouldn't just let light in — it should adapt to the space it's part of. That's the idea Lucent Spaces is built on.
Our switchable film and glass let any surface move seamlessly between open and private, so architects, designers, and businesses can build spaces that respond to how people actually use them.
We work with switchable smart film, laminated switchable glass, and custom-etched glazing — built to be genuinely useful, not just futuristic. A boardroom that needs instant privacy, a retail window that wants to surprise people walking past, a facade that should do more than stand there: this is what we turn ordinary glass into.
Why Choose Us
Direct, honest, and actually specialised.
One product, done properly
Switchable glass and smart film are the entire business, not one line among dozens. Every conversation is with someone who knows the difference between an 085 and a 091 grade — not a generalist reading off a spec sheet.
No layers, no markup stack
No account managers, no reseller markup stacked on reseller markup. You talk to the people actually handling your order, from the first question through to final install.
Real specs, not sales talk
We'd rather give you the real transmittance number and let the glass speak for itself than dress up a mediocre grade with marketing language.
Built for how India builds
Based in Mumbai, familiar with local timelines and site conditions. A boardroom, a retail storefront, and an exterior balcony all need different grades — we help you land on the right one instead of upselling the priciest.
The Film Grades
One slider, three clarities.
085, 087, and 091 are our three PDLC clarity grades. Drag through them to feel the difference — clarity climbs, haze falls, and each grade earns its place in a different kind of room.
Our most cost-effective clarity grade — dependable everyday performance without paying for a clarity level most spaces don't actually need.
The Range
Every product, switched on.
Every card below is a real Lucent panel. Flip the switch and watch it change state — exactly what happens on site.
Lucent Art Glass
Smart glass embedded with dichroic and patterned interlayers. In the off state it presents a solid, private artistic surface; when powered, it clears to reveal subtle gradient color shifts under ambient light.
Lucent Reverse Film
Built on PNLC technology, this one flips the usual logic — transparent by default, opaque only when power is applied. The safer choice wherever "clear unless switched on" matters more.
Lucent Limited Edition Film
A logo or pattern precision-etched directly into the film, so the artwork lives inside the glass. When switched on, the glass clears up and reveals the custom etched corporate logo with striking clarity; switch to opaque, and it recedes into complete privacy.
Lucent LED Film
A transparent digital display applied to existing glass — curtain walls, windows, malls, exhibition halls. Natural light still passes through while it plays real-time content overhead.
Lucent UTDAR Film
A nano-coated projection surface that supports 170° phantom imaging — visuals appear to float mid-air while the film itself stays transparent. Built for events and brand moments, not another screen.
Bespoke Architectural Smart Glass
Limited Edition Glass
Precision laser-etched smart glass with custom branding and intelligent zone control. Seamlessly transition between full opaque privacy, crystal clear transparency, and signature frosted or transparent corporate logo states.
Real-World Installation
Watch our Limited Edition switchable glass in action on a real corporate partition. The branded logo and partition switch effortlessly between states via wall switch, remote, or smart automation.
